XianYa -YinChuan, China, grew up beside the YellowRiver. Her favorite childhood memory is rescuing her pigeon with an airplane. During middle school, XianYa came to America. XianYa is a senior at Emory studying Economics. She is involved in medical research and is a Marketing Intern at Sorbent. XianYa was acknowledged in the Breast Cancer Research & Treatment and in the Nature. US Dept of VeteransAffairs recognized her as YouthVolunteer of the Year. XianYa enjoys soccer, culinary, cars, MaoBiHua, music, and poetry. Her latest adventures include rope-swinging into a lake. XianYa is inexplicably proud of her heritage, culture, friends, and family.
