Shelly was born in Suzhou, China. Three years later, she and her family moved to the United States. Georgia became her fifth state of residence four years ago. Her two passions are art and swimming. From a very early age, she began a love for art, and her paintings have been in various galleries and art contests. As a senior at Walton High School in Marietta, Shelly continues her fourth year as an active member of the Walton swim team and has traveled to UGA for varsity swim meets. She hopes to attend Emory University to pursue a medical career.
