Mei Brasel was born into a multicultural household. She participates in sports when not involved with school. Her favorite hobbies are basketball and fencing. Mei has also been playing piano actively for 10 years now. She resides with her parents, an older brother, an aunt, and grandparents. The future is still unclear in Mei’s mind, but Duke University and a journalism major loom not too far away.
