Bei Aixinjueluo was raised in Beijing, China. She graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Broadcast Journalism from Syracuse University in NY. Bei has also studied in seven European countries and worked as an Intern for CNN International in London and Beijing.Bei was forced to live confined to a wheelchair last year due to severe foot deformities rendering her unable to walk. After multiple surgeries earlier this year and after months of physical therapy, she is now walking again. Bei is now freelancing as an International Assignment Editor for CNN. She enjoys playing the piano and looks forward to ballet dancing again.
